Custom Bending

With a focus of delivering product at the most efficient cost, your custom solution may include or require that the hinge be bent to fit specification. Many different shapes and angles can be formed using our standard tooling, thus eliminating any additional tooling charges.

Bending can be done on one or both leaves to meet your specifications. Minimum clearance distances may be required when bending too close to the rotation point (knuckle).
